2.Curing process: Curing at 120°C for 1 hour.
Remark: above curing time refers to the time after the glue temperature reaches the corresponding temperature.
Therefore, for objects with large volume and slow heat transfer, due to heat transfer rate, curing time should be extended accordingly. Please refer to actual measured data.
During the curing process, if the amount of glue applied is too high or the temperature is too high, air bubbles may be generated. In such cases, please reduce curing temperature appropriately.
