Product description

SATOP®8621-146 epoxy adhesive is a room temperature / warming resin adhesive. This two-component adhesive is designed for stainless steel adhesive metal bonding, SMC FRP bonding, aluminum honeycomb panel splicing and magnet steel tile bonding, ceramic membrane module sealing, soft magnetic unit potting, high temperature sensor Potting and so on.

SATOP®8621-146 epoxy adhesive can be cured at room temperature and under heating condition. After thoroughly mixing the A component and the B component at 100:45 (weight ratio), the product is cured for a certain period of time to form a protection.

Characteristics of cured adhesive:

Operation process 

  • After stirring part A evenly in the original package, weigh part A and part B according to the weight ratio of 100:45.
  • Stir well, vacuum, defoamer, and let stand. Use up in 80 minutes.
  • If necessary, the device can be vacuumed continuously, which is beneficial to increase the electrical performance of the device.
  • Curing conditions: 80 ℃, 40 ℃ * * 1 hours 16 hours or 25 ℃ for 24 hours.

Packaging and storage

  • Part A and PartB shall be protected from light, heat and sealed for storage (which can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods); Storage period is one year.
  • Part A: 20kg/ barrel (plastic barrel); Part B: 20kg/ (plastic barrel)
